Shipping and Returs are FREE!

Shipping and returns (with in 30days) are free within the Continental U.S. through USPS Yay!!!!

Unfortunately, we will charge shipping to our International and non-Continental US customers.

Returns and Exchanges within the Continental US:
Returns or exchanges within the Continental US are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase date. The return or exchange item must be in its original condition with tags. The item must be not washed, excessively worn or altered for a full refund. If you return an item that does not meet the above criteria, we can arrange to have it shipped back to you at your cost. Refunds and exchanges will be made in the form of the original payment within 7 - 14 business days depending on where it will be shipped from.

To return or exchange your package:

1) Please follow instructions at: www.firstmadenyc.com/a/returns
2) Print out the return slip and attach to returning package. Make sure to enclose a copy of the invoice.
3) Drop them off at your closest US Post Office.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES HAVE NO SHIP BACK FEE IF MAILED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US, HOWEVER, THERE WILL BE A RE-STOCKING FEE FOR RETURNS ONLY OF $7.95 DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

International and outside Continental US:

For international and non-Continental US returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to us.

Please clearly fill out the return/exchange slip that was in your original package and ship it to:

Unfortunately, walk-in will not be accepted

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with in 24hours. However, depending on your credit card company, it may take one to two weeks.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 2 weeks, Please first contact your credit card company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Although we are very careful and will help you to the ends of the earth, “to err is human.” But with that said, we will help you as long as humanly possible.
